The FBI arrested 35-year-old Saudi national Abdulrahman Alfozan, an OpenAI engineer, on Oct. 9 for installing a sophisticated listening device with a detachable camera sensor and digital microphone in an executive conference room. OpenAI discovered the bug on Sept. 30 and fired the employee.
