Musk throttles Grok due to costs

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk confirmed Grok Bot usage limits were unexpectedly maxed out over Halloween weekend because serving costs were unsustainably high relative to revenue. The AI division turned a profit of $431 million after a $1.2 billion acquisition cost. Usage jumped from 50% to 100% for some users, while Grok accounts for 52% of SpaceX income.
