VW Delays ID. Buzz US Return to 2028

Volkswagen told US dealers on September 24 that the ID. Buzz will skip the 2026 and 2027 model years and return in 2028 with reworked software, vehicle-to-load and a digital key. The electric minibus, on sale since November 2024, sold 6,140 units in 2025 and 2,481 in the first half of this year. VW says it is not canceling the model.
