Meta's Muse AI Agent Admits OpenClaw Inspiration

Meta product chief Nat Friedman confirmed its new Muse AI agent was heavily inspired by open source project OpenClaw, after users found matching SOUL.md files. Muse launched 8 September, hit number one on the US App Store, drew over 500,000 users in a week, and lifted Meta shares 11 percent. Amazon blocked Muse from shopping on its site Sunday.
