Singapore charged Ye Lin, 30, with communicating a false message and obstructing justice after he allegedly used Gemini to fake a crocodile at Pandan Reservoir. The national water agency halted rowing and canoeing on August 20. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a S$10,000 fine, and plans to plead guilty in November.
