U.S. intelligence agencies investigated Megaspeed executive Alice Huang, suspected of being a Chinese spy, after she was photographed with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. The Commerce Department previously investigated Megaspeed in 2025 for allegedly helping Chinese companies bypass AI chip export regulations. Nvidia denies any espionage claims, stating the CEO's interactions with Huang are standard business meetings.
