Xbox Not for Sale, Says CEO Sharma

Xbox CEO Asha Sharma denies Microsoft will sell the gaming division, after The Information reported CEO Satya Nadella and CFO Amy Hood weighed a spin-out. Sharma is pursuing a June restructuring with up to 3,200 layoffs across Microsoft's 2027 financial year, ending June. Ninja Theory faces closure, Double Fine is divested, and Halo Studios is effectively shut down.
