Meta Unveils Lightweight VR Glasses

Meta launched VR Glasses at Connect 2026, a 100-gram headset with 5K micro-OLED displays, hand and eye tracking, and up to three hours of battery life. Priced at $1,299, it will ship in spring 2027 as a lighter, lower-cost alternative to Apple's Vision Pro, targeting gaming, productivity, and entertainment use cases.
