Research by Benjamin Shultz, published by Agora Digitale Transformation, found at least 138 women members of parliament from 22 EU countries appear on deepfake pornography websites. The study analyzed around 160 domains hosting nonconsensual sexual content. Politicians from Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and France were targeted most, with seniority increasing likelihood. Shultz alerted all affected MPs and provided removal guidance.
