Anthropic's S-1 IPO filing filed on 26 October excludes co-founder Ben Mann from the Founder LLC controlling the company. While a footnote calls him a co-founder, only seven founders hold Class F shares with 50.1% voting power. Mann co-leads Labs since January 2021 and helped develop GPT-3 before leaving OpenAI in 2021.
