ZET SCALE has placed an order for 2,500 battery electric Class 8 trucks, most of them from Tesla. The order lands as European electric truck prices fell 27 percent in recent years while US prices rose 32 percent, a gap US manufacturers and trucking interests have exploited to slow electric truck adoption.
