Windows 11 26H2 Enables Settings Backup by Default

Microsoft's Windows 11 26H2 update, delivered via an enablement package, turns on Windows backup and restore by default for Entra joined or Entra Hybrid joined devices. The service, previously opt-in, backs up settings and Microsoft Store app lists to the cloud. Administrators must now opt out, though the default does not apply in EU DMA or sovereign regions.
