Rolls-Royce Unveils One-Off Phantom Hummingbird

Rolls-Royce has revealed the Phantom Hummingbird, a one-off long-wheelbase model commissioned by a client as a tribute to his wife. The car features the first-ever application of iridescent abalone shell marquetry in a Rolls-Royce, used to replicate hummingbird feathers. The interior includes hummingbird motifs made from 53 pieces each, and a botanical motif of 84 pieces, a composition that took over nine months to develop.
