Cabaletta Bio Eyes Rese-Cel Launch for Autoimmune Diseases

Cabaletta Bio delivered positive clinical data from the first four patients in the lowest dose cohort of PC-free rese-cel, an autologous CAR T therapy for autoimmune diseases. 50% of patients showed drug-free responses for six months. The company signed a long-term commercial supply agreement and plans to advance rese-cel toward BLA submission for a commercial launch.
