Google still developing native App Lock for Android 17

Code in Android 17 QPR1 Beta 6 shows Google is actively developing native App Lock for Pixels. Users will lock multiple apps at once via Settings, avoiding the one-by-one setup in the Canary build. A feature to restrict app access to biometrics only, disabling PIN fallback, is also in development.
