NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Embed Tops RTEB

NVIDIA released the Nemotron 3 Embed model collection for production-scale retrieval. The 8B checkpoint ranks first on the RTEB leaderboard. The collection includes three open checkpoints: the 8B accuracy-first option, a 1B smaller footprint, and a 1B Blackwell-optimized 4-bit path. All are transformer encoders with bidirectional attention masking.
