Heidi raises $340m, valuation doubles to $900m

Melbourne clinical AI firm Heidi raised $340m, split between a $100m Blackbird-led Series C valuing it at $900m and a $240m debt-like instrument from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund. Annual recurring revenue hit $50m in April, up from $1m two years earlier. The company plans up to 150 new hires and expansion into Asia and the Middle East.
