Cyera Raises $400M, Total Hits $1.4B

Cyera raised $400m from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, extending its June Series G at a flat $12bn valuation. The AI security firm has now raised $1.4bn in 2026 and over $2bn total. The cash funds an AI security roadmap, federal market entry, and EMEA and APAC expansion. Cyera bought Oasis Security for about $1bn in July.
