Cyera Raises $400M for AI Agent Security

Cyera Ltd. raised $400 million from Goldman Sachs as an extension to its June Series G round, valuing the cybersecurity startup at over $12 billion. The company launched Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint to protect enterprise data from AI agent risks, and earlier this month completed a $1 billion acquisition of Oasis Security.
