Salesforce agreed to acquire AI startup Rune Technologies for $375 million in cash and shares. The deal closes in the fourth quarter of 2027. Rune's software forecasts military supply needs and works offline. The US Army awarded Rune a $99 million contract in June. Rune raised $30 million from investors including Andreessen Horowitz.
