Apple Code Leaks Next Entry-Level iPad Specs

Apple's code reveals the next entry-level iPad will use an A19 chip with 8GB RAM, up from the current A16 and 6GB, and support Apple Intelligence and the new Siri AI. It also gets Apple's C1X sub-6GHz 5G modem and N1 chip for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread. Expected spring 2027, possibly starting at $499.
