Chat SDK adds Novu support

Chat SDK now supports Novu with a vendor-official adapter. One handler puts an agent on Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. Novu manages credentials, identity, and delivery, keeping OAuth and tokens outside the app. One CLI command connects a real channel to the agent.
