Use any Chat SDK adapter with eve

Eve now supports Chat SDK adapters through a new channel. One channel connects an eve agent to Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Resend, Liveblocks, and any surface with an adapter. Developers write normal Chat SDK handler code, and calling send inside a handler hands the message to the agent.
