Chat SDK now supports Dial through a vendor-official adapter. Bots can send and receive SMS, MMS, and iMessage on a real phone number with bidirectional media and inbound voice-call transcripts. Each phone conversation becomes a Chat SDK thread using standard APIs and HMAC-verified webhooks.
