Meituan Launches First Mountain Drone Route

Meituan launches its first drone delivery route in Zhejiang province, connecting a commercial plaza to Dongshan Village. The 5.3 km flight cuts delivery time from nearly an hour to about 20 minutes, replacing a 12 km winding road. As of the end of September 2026, the company had completed more than 1.1 million orders across five cities.
