Meta Launches F3 Lightning for Ads

Meta introduces F3 Lightning to decouple feature releases from shared execution in its ads ranking models. This infrastructure layer allows independent deployment of over 20,000 features while preserving F3's efficiency. The new system enables comparable extraction features to reach production approximately 3.6 times faster than the prior F3 framework without increasing infrastructure compute costs.
