Intel Agrees to Acquire Quantum Startup Classiq

Intel Corp. agreed to acquire Israeli startup Classiq Technologies Ltd. to capitalize on quantum computing. Classiq has raised more than $200M in funding and has about 130 employees. The announcement comes just ahead of Intel's third-quarter earnings report Thursday.
