Shell plc announced exchange offers for outstanding unregistered notes issued by Shell Finance US Inc. Holders can exchange Restricted Notes for an equal principal amount of new registered Exchange Notes with substantially identical terms, except the Exchange Notes will be registered under the Securities Act and have no transfer restrictions.
