Hackers Breach Polish Power Plant via Private Cellular Network

Attackers shut down a steam turbine and process-water treatment at a Polish CHP plant via a private APN, reaching a WAGO controller with default credentials. The plant serves 50,000 residents; recovery began at 7:30 a.m. CERT Polska disclosed the December 2025 incident on August 8.
