Two US missiles struck an Iranian elementary school on the first day of the Iran War, killing over 150 people including 123 children. An unreleased Pentagon review, reported by Bloomberg, blames preventable failures and overreliance on Palantir's AI inside the Maven Smart System, which personnel at US Central Command leaned on too heavily for targeting.
