The Delhi High Court granted interim protection to actor-politician Ravi Kishan against unauthorized use of his name, image, and likeness in AI-generated content and on pornographic websites. Justice Jyoti Singh ordered takedown of offending URLs and restrained defendants from exploiting his persona through AI, deepfakes, and other technologies.
