CVS Settles Data Privacy Suit for $20.5 Million

CVS agreed to pay $20.5 million to settle a class action alleging it shared customers' health and browsing data from its websites and app with advertisers including Criteo. Shoppers before July 27, 2026 can claim up to $10 with documentation. Claims are due Nov. 16, 2026, with final approval set for Dec. 1, 2026.
