Samsung Texas fab starts Tesla AI5 chip production on 2nm

Samsung completed Tesla's AI5 self-driving chip and will start production at its Taylor, Texas foundry on the company's 2-nanometer process. The 2nm node was expected to debut with Tesla's next-generation AI6 chip, not AI5.
