Nvidia backs OpenAI Ohio data center financing

Nvidia will provide credit and compute for an OpenAI data center in Ohio, supporting an initial 4.25 gigawatts with an option for 3.75 more. SB Energy builds and manages the site in Pike City through a 20-year lease. Capacity comes online in phases in 2028.
