Texas breach exposes 3 million driver's licenses and passports

A Texas state government data breach allowed hackers to steal driver's license information and passport numbers of over 3 million people. The Texas Parks & Wildlife department disclosed the incident, which also exposed email addresses, phone numbers, and residential addresses of license holders.
