Hong Kong-listed International Business Settlement Holdings Ltd proposes acquiring AI chip designer QuantumCompute Solutions Ltd for HK$463 million. The deal would make QuantumCompute a wholly owned subsidiary, giving IBS access to AI chip design capabilities and low-power computing assets.
