UID Acquires AEG ID for RFID Expansion

Unified Information Devices acquired AEG Identifikationssysteme GmbH, including its German headquarters and Czech manufacturing. The deal combines UID's medical research RFID expertise with AEG ID's industrial automation and transponder production.
