AIT Acquires Futuramic Tool & Engineering

Advanced Integration Technology completed the acquisition of Futuramic Tool & Engineering on June 1, 2026. The deal includes affiliates Sharp Tooling Solutions and Jordan Tool. John Couch will continue leading Futuramic's operations. Financial terms were not disclosed. Futuramic brings over 600,000 square feet of facility space and expertise in aerospace automation.
