Asaas acquired Helena CRM for $29M, its largest deal to date. Helena provides a WhatsApp-based CRM with sales automation and chatbot tools. The acquisition lets SMEs manage sales and finances on one platform. Helena will operate independently through 2028, with full integration planned for 2029.
