Fintech Chimoney to be acquired four weeks after announcing shutdown

Chi Technologies, parent of Chimoney, signed an agreement to be acquired by CapitalSage Vantage Limited four weeks after announcing a shutdown. The cross-border payment startup halted transactions in May due to insufficient capital. Founder Uchi Uchibeke said investors will be repaid in full and employees will receive proceeds.
