Drones Could Speed Defibrillator Delivery, Study Finds

Researchers suggest drones could cut the time it takes to get a defibrillator to people having cardiac arrests outside hospital. In the UK, more than 30,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur yearly, yet fewer than one in 10 people survive, with some survivors left with neurological problems. The technology could improve access to life-saving devices before emergency services arrive.
