Kent Kubasta, 72, of Ohio, pleaded no contest to illegally placing a GPS tracker on a female delivery driver's car in a Walmart parking lot in June to follow Pokémon card restocks. He received one year of probation and must wear a GPS monitor for 90 days. Stores have limited card purchases due to scalping.
