Apple's iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e are expected to launch next spring with 9GB of RAM using a 1.5GB × 6-die configuration, up from 8GB in the A19 models. Both devices will run on the A20 chipset based on a 2nm process. iOS 27 will bring tighter system-level integration with Apple Intelligence.
