Ghost, a startup making a $3,499 computer for personal AI, announced Monday it raised $11 million in a seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz. The 19-year-old founder, Zain Javaid, says the device runs local AI agents without cloud dependency. Shipping is scheduled for the last week of October.
