Amazon CEO Andy Jassy blocked Meta's Muse agent from its ecommerce site in September 2026 due to violated conditions of use. While Jassy noted over 400 million Alexa users, he emphasized customers spend 50% more per order using it. Meanwhile, Meta reported 10 million users for its agent in the US and Canada.
