Australia's recording association bans AI-made music from charts

The Australian Recording Industry Association will exclude wholly AI-generated tracks from its music charts starting Friday. Songs using generative AI qualify only if substantially human-made and free of stream manipulation concerns. Ineligible tracks also cannot win an ARIA Award.
