IBM detailed a dual-ISA processor for IBM Z and LinuxONE that natively runs z/Architecture and Arm AArch64 in one core, plus a second-generation AI inference accelerator with 96GB of HBM3e. The 2nm chip has 11 cores at 5.7+ GHz.
