Meta will build its first Canadian data center, a 1-gigawatt campus in Sturgeon County, Alberta, valued at C$13 billion (about US$9 billion). The facility will be the company's 33rd data center, extending its build-out that produced the $200 billion Hyperion campus in Louisiana.
