Portuguese defence and aerospace company TEKEVER closed a $580 million Series D, valuing it at $6.4 billion. UC Investments and Baillie Gifford led, with UC Investments making its first direct European investment. TEKEVER builds AI-enabled autonomous drones and intelligence software for military and civilian surveillance. The round follows its UK Ministry of Defence selection for the CORVUS programme, worth up to £400 million over ten years.
