AEO startup Profound has raised a $180 million Series D funding round at a $1.8 billion valuation. The round was led by Sequoia and Kleiner Perkins, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, and South Park Commons. The company, which helps brands optimize for AI search, reports its revenue has tripled in the past six months.
